Estos son los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones generales que seguimos en cada uno de nuestros acuerdos.<\/h3>\n

RESERVAS<\/h4>\n

Puede realizar sus reservas directamente con nosotros por correo electr\u00f3nico o utilizando el formulario de reservas incluido en el sitio. Incluya todos los datos personales, incluido el nombre completo, el correo electr\u00f3nico, la nacionalidad y el n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono. Luego nos comunicaremos con usted para definir todos los detalles de su viaje. Para garantizar su reserva, ELEMENTO NATURAL debe recibir un prepago y una confirmaci\u00f3n por escrito al menos 30 d\u00edas antes de la salida. El tama\u00f1o m\u00ednimo del grupo que ELEMENTO NATURAL puede aceptar en los viajes en grupo es de 4 personas, para mantener los precios que ofrecemos. Por debajo de eso, los precios est\u00e1n sujetos a cambios.<\/p>\n

PAGOS<\/h4>\n

No hay absolutamente nada que pagar para enviar su solicitud de reserva<\/b>. Una vez que confirmemos la disponibilidad y estemos de acuerdo con los servicios, generaremos un contrato para sus registros. Debe realizar un pago por adelantado del 50% del costo total del tour al menos 30 d\u00edas antes de su llegada. Esto se puede hacer con una transferencia bancaria a nuestra cuenta, con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o paypal. El 50% restante se debe pagar 7 d\u00edas antes de la llegada a Costa Rica y tambi\u00e9n se puede pagar en efectivo (US$ o COLON \u00a2).<\/p>\n

CANCELACIONES<\/h4>\n

You must send a written notification of any modifications and\/or cancellations. Cancellations within 15 days before the start date of your adventure will result in the loss of your\u00a0prepayment. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date or a No Show, will result in the loss of the entire cost of your tour. Any cancellation sent within 30 days\u00a0 of the start day will be subject an administrative fee of $50.<\/p>\n

ELEMENTO NATURAL\u00b4S\u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n

ELEMENTO NATURAL se reserva el derecho de cancelar, modificar o retrasar el itinerario del viaje cuando lo considere necesario para el beneficio de nuestros clientes. ELEMENTO NATURAL no se hace responsable de circunstancias extraordinarias como mal tiempo o alteraci\u00f3n de las condiciones de las carreteras; tampoco podemos responsabilizarnos por enfermedades, lesiones, da\u00f1os, p\u00e9rdidas, retrasos o cualquier otra irregularidad causada por actos involuntarios o negligentes de otras empresas o terceros involucrados en el cumplimiento del itinerario, o por desastres naturales o asuntos pol\u00edticos o festivos. Su viaje es un tour de aventura y pueden ocurrir eventos inesperados, por lo que no siempre podemos seguir el itinerario inicial.
ELEMENTO NATURAL tambi\u00e9n se reserva el derecho de admisi\u00f3n a nuestros viajes, no siendo responsables por deficiencias mentales, f\u00edsicas o negligencias de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n

In the case that you do not have any kind of traveler insurance, you may ask for \u00a0one in our office. The coverage is at an extra charge, and is based on the length of your expedition.<\/p>\n

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CLIENTE<\/h4>\n

The customer is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and agrees to assume any and all risks, including possible injuries or death. The customer is obligated to accept the advice and guidance that the guide will provide. He also agrees to behave safely and to respect the wildlife of the areas we will be visiting, and to respect the way of life and traditions of the local people in our country. \u00a0Any people younger than 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian in charge of him.\u00a0Any additional or optional activities that are not included in the tour will have to be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
