R\u00c9SERVATIONS<\/h4>\n

Vous pouvez effectuer vos r\u00e9servations directement aupr\u00e8s de nous par e-mail ou en utilisant le formulaire de r\u00e9servation inclus sur le site. Joignez toutes les donn\u00e9es personnelles, y compris le nom complet, l'e-mail, la nationalit\u00e9 et le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Nous vous contacterons ensuite pour d\u00e9finir tous les d\u00e9tails de votre voyage. Pour garantir votre r\u00e9servation, ELEMENTO NATURAL doit recevoir un pr\u00e9paiement et une confirmation \u00e9crite au moins 30 jours avant le d\u00e9part. La taille minimale du groupe que ELEMENTO NATURAL peut accepter dans les circuits de groupe est de 4 personnes, afin de maintenir les prix que nous proposons. En dessous, les prix sont susceptibles d'\u00eatre modifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

PAIEMENTS<\/h4>\n

Il n'y a absolument rien \u00e0 payer pour soumettre votre demande de r\u00e9servation<\/b>Une fois que nous aurons confirm\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 et convenu des services, nous g\u00e9n\u00e9rerons un contrat pour vos archives. Vous devez effectuer un pr\u00e9paiement de 50% du co\u00fbt total du voyage au moins 30 jours avant votre arriv\u00e9e. Cela peut \u00eatre fait par virement bancaire sur notre compte bancaire, par carte de cr\u00e9dit ou par PayPal. Les 50% restants doivent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s 7 jours avant l'arriv\u00e9e au Costa Rica et peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pay\u00e9s en esp\u00e8ces (US$ ou COLON \u00a2).<\/p>\n

ANNULATIONS<\/h4>\n

You must send a written notification of any modifications and\/or cancellations. Cancellations within 15 days before the start date of your adventure will result in the loss of your\u00a0prepayment. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date or a No Show, will result in the loss of the entire cost of your tour. Any cancellation sent within 30 days\u00a0 of the start day will be subject an administrative fee of $50.<\/p>\n

ELEMENTO NATURAL\u00b4S\u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n

ELEMENTO NATURAL se r\u00e9serve le droit d'annuler, de modifier ou de retarder l'itin\u00e9raire du voyage lorsque cela est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme n\u00e9cessaire pour le bien de nos clients. ELEMENTO NATURAL ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable de circonstances extraordinaires telles que le mauvais temps ou les conditions routi\u00e8res modifi\u00e9es ; nous ne pouvons pas non plus \u00eatre tenus responsables des maladies, blessures, dommages, pertes, retards ou toute autre irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 caus\u00e9e par des actes involontaires ou n\u00e9gligents d'autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ou tiers impliqu\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9alisation de l'itin\u00e9raire, ou par des catastrophes naturelles ou des affaires politiques ou des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s. Votre voyage est un voyage d'aventure et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements inattendus peuvent survenir, nous ne pouvons donc pas toujours suivre l'itin\u00e9raire initial.
ELEMENTO NATURAL se r\u00e9serve \u00e9galement le droit d'admission \u00e0 nos voyages, et nous ne sommes pas responsables des d\u00e9ficiences mentales, physiques ou de la n\u00e9gligence de nos clients.<\/p>\n

In the case that you do not have any kind of traveler insurance, you may ask for \u00a0one in our office. The coverage is at an extra charge, and is based on the length of your expedition.<\/p>\n

RESPONSABILIT\u00c9S DU CLIENT<\/h4>\n

The customer is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and agrees to assume any and all risks, including possible injuries or death. The customer is obligated to accept the advice and guidance that the guide will provide.
