À la fin de l'exposition, vous serez initié à la politique des 100 dernières années et à la situation actuelle du pays.
Si vous êtes plutôt créatif, le Musée d'art est un endroit agréable à visiter même si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de temps. Comme il s'agit d'une petite exposition, la visite dure environ 15 à 20 minutes.
Vous verrez différents types d'art, par exemple de vieilles publicités, des bandes dessinées et de l'art moderne de divers artistes.
A l'étage, vous découvrirez une exposition qui change de temps en temps. En août 2018, il s'agissait du football en lien avec la Coupe du monde.
Un autre musée remarquable est le « Musée de l’Or » situé juste à côté du Théâtre National.
Cet endroit montre les différents types de pièces de monnaie que le Costa Rica a eu au cours des dernières années et comment cela a changé avec l'indépendance de l'Espagne. Le musée a été construit en 2014 et est très moderne. Il est équipé de nombreux appareils pour expliquer et montrer le travail du jade. Vous pouvez donc y amener vos enfants, car les processus sont décrits de manière simple, adaptée aux enfants et de manière interactive.
De plus, ils ont une exposition sur « La Isla De Coco », une île magnifique et protégée de l’océan Pacifique. Dans cette partie du musée, ils montrent des vidéos sur les animaux marins et sur la façon dont les écologistes tentent de les sauver de la pollution plastique.
Enfin, je vous conseille de visiter ces magnifiques endroits si vous avez un peu de temps dans la capitale San José. C'est une expérience vraiment agréable en plus de la nature incroyable qu'offre le Costa Rica, vous manquerez donc probablement quelque chose d'important si vous n'y allez pas !
