Después de esa parte, aprenderá sobre la larga historia de la colonización que comenzó en 15El siglo y duró hasta el siglo XIX.El Siglo. Diferentes aspectos como la religión, las guerras y las relaciones con España se muestran en las diferentes salas por las que pasarás.
Al final de la exposición se le presentará la política de los últimos 100 años y la situación del país en la actualidad.
Si te gustan más las cosas creativas, el Museo de Arte es un buen lugar para ir incluso si no tienes mucho tiempo. Como es una exposición pequeña, la visita dura unos 15-20 minutos.
Verás diferentes tipos de arte, por ejemplo, anuncios antiguos, cómics y arte moderno de varios artistas.
En la planta superior se encuentra una exposición que va cambiando de vez en cuando. En agosto de 2018 se dedicó al fútbol relacionado con el Mundial.
Otro museo digno de elogio es “El Museo del Oro” justo al lado del Teatro Nacional.
En este lugar se muestran los diferentes tipos de monedas que tuvo Costa Rica en los últimos años y cómo cambió con la independencia de España. ¿Sabías que la primera moneda fue acuñada en 1825 en una casa de moneda profesional llamada “Ingenia los Horcones”?
Si te apetece profundizar más en este tema, ¡dale una oportunidad y visita ese interesante museo!
Además, al final de la visita podrás ver diferentes joyas y numerosos objetos precolombinos elaborados en oro. Te explicarán qué significado tenían para ellos las distintas figuras y objetos y en qué zona fueron encontrados.
Probablemente te gustará “El Museo de Jade” si disfrutaste “El Museo de Oro”.
Este museo está situado justo al lado del Museo Nacional y ofrece una gran variedad de piedras de jade del período precolombino. Muestra cómo la gente tallaba las piedras y cómo las utilizaban en su vida diaria.
El museo, construido en 2014, es muy moderno y cuenta con diferentes dispositivos para explicar y mostrar el trabajo con jade. Por lo tanto, también puedes llevar a tus hijos, ya que los procesos se describen de forma sencilla, adecuada para niños y de forma interactiva.
Además, cuentan con una exposición de “La Isla de Coco”, que es una hermosa y protegida isla en el Océano Pacífico. En esta parte del museo muestran algunos videos sobre los animales marinos y cómo los ecologistas intentan salvarlos de la contaminación plástica.
Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, te sugiero que visites estos hermosos lugares si tienes tiempo en la capital, San José. Es una experiencia realmente agradable además de la increíble naturaleza que ofrece Costa Rica, por lo que probablemente te perderás algo importante si no vas allí.
